Booking an Appointment
Due to long appointments offered at Summerhurst, answering the telephone during business hours is not always possible. To make it easy for you to book at a time convenient to you (24 hours a day!), Summerhurst is proud to offer Real-Time Online booking with Genbook, a safe and secure way of booking appointments when you are ready.

Choose your preferred package (Step 1), preferred time (Step 2), and your details (Step 3). In the special request field, you can specify the following information:
- Service(s) of choice

- Any other information you wish to address

Cancellation Policy
Summerhurst Healing Retreat prides itself in offering exclusive, private healing packages at very reasonable prices. For everyone’s benefit, we would like to keep it that way. So if you must cancel an appointment, please be considerate and give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time for half day healing retreats, and at least 48 hours notice prior to full day healing retreats. Otherwise, the full price of your appointment will be charged to your credit card, taken at the time of your booking. This policy also applies to gift certificates.
Snow Storm Policy
The winter season is beautiful but sometimes full of surprises. If a snow storm occurs on the day of your booking, please contact Catherine directly to reschedule if driving is not an option. No penalty for rescheduling, it is just part of winter and we understand
that safety comes first.
Are you on our Cancellation List?
If your preferred time is not available, ask to be on our cancellation list and you will be called if something opens up. Cancellations do happen, sometimes a week in advance, sometimes at the last minute. Either way, it may be a win- win situation for everyone involved.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available. Please call ahead to arrange a good time for pick up, or we’ll send it to you by mail or email.
Pricing Information
Please note that all prices are subject to change. Taxes are included.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in treatment prices or gift certificates. Monetary rewards are solely at your discretion but always very much appreciated.
Directions
Please make a note of directions ahead of time to properly time your drive. Summerhurst Healing Retreat is approximately 30 minutes from Elmsdale, Windsor and Sackville, and less than 1 hours drive from the Valley, Dartmouth, Halifax and Truro.
Arrival Time
Half Day Healing Retreats are loaded with healing activities, and getting here late could rob you of a few extras available to you. For all appointments, please aim to be here 10 minutes ahead of time whenever possible, especially if it is your first appointment, as forms need to be signed before treatments can begin. |
