Craniosacral Reflexology, with Catherine Whittaker (NEW)
Catherine is now offering Craniosacral Reflexology. This gentle yet profound treatment is applied to specific areas of the feet through a series of palpation and gentle manipulative skills to track and rebalance your body’s craniosacral rhythm, release restrictions in bone and tissue movement, and support emotional release that may be associated with those restrictions. Craniosacral Reflexology is ideal to rebalance the entire body or specific areas of your body as it works simultaneously with your musculoskeletal system and your central nervous system. Ideal for headaches, sinuses, TMJ, back pain, tension in the shoulders, diaphragm, sacral area and so much more. As proper fluid balance is restored throughout the body, you may feel subtle changes and adjustments within your body. Craniosacral Reflexology affects not only your physical body, but also helps you gently release emotional traumas.

As an Energy Therapist, Catherine focuses on all your needs during this treatment to help rebalance all your body's organs, glands, tissues and emotional / mental well being.

Intuitive Healing, developed exclusively by Catherine Whittaker
Have you heard about Catherine's New Intuitive Healing Technique? The technique was discovered less than 7 months ago during an exploratory meditation on healing techniques. The technique is very different from Reiki or any energy techniques Catherine has ever studied or used. It is quicker, with surprising results on health conditions that have virtually been untouchable to date.

If you choose to receive this technique in person, the technique is experienced through a guided healing meditation. It normally takes approximately 30 minutes per health condition.

If you choose to receive this technique by distance (remote healing), the technique works very well by distance too.
