Listening to your intuition: Getting the answers you want when you need them
(with Catherine Whittaker, Reiki Master / Teacher) :
Want to get answers to yes or no questions? Have decisions to make but not sure how to move forward? You have regular gut feelings but never sure whether you are making them up or not? You already have all the tools at your disposal to get the answers you want! This workshop will teach you what they are so that you can recognize when you are getting the answers to your important life questions. A few simple divination tools will also be introduced to give you that extra push in the right direction. Private hourly training is also available as part of your healing package or on its own.

Do you ever notice your energy getting drained when dealing with certain clients, friends, or family, projects at home or work, while visiting certain locations, or even thinking of a loved one? If so, you are not alone, and learning how to recognize the signs and what to do to protect yourself on a regular basis is important for your health. This basic energy training is a must have for your entire family! Not only can it lift your energy and change your attitude in certain situations, but also protects your health in the long term. Corporate Intuitive Training
Everyone is intuitive, but not everybody knows how to listen to their intuition! Employees who are not trained in intuition are more likely to act out of fear and "React" to situations instead of "Dealing" with the situation. Teaching your employees the gift of intuition will not only benefit them, your clients and your corporate image, but it will also benefit your entire office and productivity.
Summerhurst is pleased to provide private, customized Retreats and seminars for your corporation, organization, and private business any time of year. REIKI TRAINING
Reiki Level 1 (with Catherine Whittaker, Reiki Master / Teacher) :

Learn how to heal yourself, your loved ones, plants and animals with the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki! Level 1 Reiki is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about energy work, how it works, and the benefits.
Reiki can be used to enrich your everyday life, help you embrace positive change in your life, and also help lead you along your spiritual path.
Within weeks and months, most students find that they feel in better control of their lives, become more intuitive, and therefore feel a stronger sense of purpose, no matter what their background or career goals are.
Many books, spiritual leaders and websites are now talking about enlightenment, awakening, ascension, and so on. Although these states of consciousness are usually not achieved overnight, Reiki Level 1 can help each individual become a better body of light and love, shedding negativity and lower vibrations that often prevent us from achieving these states.
If you are intrigued by energy work or feel drawn to feeling more connected spiritually, Level 1 Reiki can accelerate your personal growth and lead you on your journey!
All Reiki classes are kept small to keep individual attention at a maximum. Students are encouraged to explore their individual strengths, and each individual's path and needs will be honored and respected. Classes are thought in a very respectful manner, keeping Reiki a sacred healing art.
Class includes both in-class theory (with manual) and hands-on practice.

Pre-requisite: Must have received a full Reiki treatment (or equivalent) in the last few years.
Reiki Level 2 (with Catherine Whittaker, Reiki Master / Teacher) :
1 Day class, 9am - 5pm. Private classes scheduled on demand.
If you already have Reiki Level 1, and have the inner desire to move on to the next Level of Reiki for personal or professional reasons, this is the perfect time to move on to the next step. Level 2 attunes you to 3 sacred Reiki symbols, giving you the ability to increase your power, do emotional / mental healing, and distance healing.
This is also an advanced Reiki class, eliminating the need to take a separate course in advanced Reiki. Along with a manual, you are given the tools you need to maximize the skills and information you are taught immediately.
All Reiki classes are kept small to keep individual attention at a maximum. Students are encouraged to explore their individual strengths, and each individual's path and needs will be honored and respected. Classes are thought in a very respectful manner, keeping Reiki a sacred healing art.
Cost: $300 (Includes Certificate)
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1
Reiki Master / Teacher ( with Catherine Whittaker, Reiki Master / Teacher ):
If you already have your Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki, appropriate experience, and a strong inner calling to learn how to pass on Reiki to others, this is a great opportunity! Classes are keep small for maximum attention (1-4 students)

Reiki Re-Attunement
If you already received a Reiki Attunement in the past, you understand how powerful and healing it can be. Although attunements are not necessary to increase your Reiki flow, you can choose to have another attunement, used as a powerful Reiki treatment, and/or to advance spiritually. If you feel the need to have a re-attunement, Catherine will be able to do it as part of your healing package or on its own. To receive this service, you must provide proof of your Reiki Certification.
Private Classes
Private classes will be held for Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 at Summerhurst Healing Retreat. If you would rather have a larger class, give us a call and we will match you up with the next available class, or ask a friend to join you! Free stay and learn available for out of town students.
Host your own Reiki Class in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or PEI
If you are ready for Reiki training but do not live near West Gore (East Hants County), why not consider hosting your own class? If you can gather a minimum of four (4) students for a class, please contact Catherine to schedule a date. Posted rates or minimum attendants may vary if travel is further than 4 hours away or less than 1 hour away.
Personalized Reiki Training
Private classes and traveling can often be arranged for both Level 1 and Level 2. Classes can be customized to meet your needs, whether you are in a professional setting, non-profit organization or would like to learn for personal use.
GUEST SPEAKER
If your group or organization has an event coming up and would be interested in having a speaker address a topic such as energy healing, reflexology, self-care, intuitive training for personal or business use, clearing your energy, dealing with people who drain your energy at home or at work, and a variety of other topics, please give Catherine a call to discuss.
